By accessing or using Pro Dumpster Rentals LLC services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our website or services. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time, with changes effective upon posting.

We provide residential and commercial dumpster rental services throughout Ocean County, New Jersey. All services are subject to availability and our service area limitations. We reserve the right to refuse service at our discretion.

• Full payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and cash payments.
• Prices are subject to change without notice. Quotes are valid for 14 days from the date issued.
• Any additional fees (overweight, overfill, extended rental) will be billed after service completion.

The following items are strictly prohibited in any dumpster: hazardous waste, chemicals, paints, solvents, asbestos, medical waste, batteries, tires, electronics, and refrigerants. Customers are fully responsible for ensuring compliance. Violations may result in fines and legal action.

Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled delivery are eligible for a full refund. Same-day cancellations may incur a 50% fee. Once a dumpster has been delivered, no refunds are available for early removal.

Customers must ensure the drop-off location is clear, accessible, and safe. The customer is responsible for obtaining any necessary permits. The dumpster must not be overloaded or contain prohibited items. Damage to property caused by customer negligence is the customer's responsibility.

Pro Dumpster Rentals LLC carries general liability insurance. However, we are not liable for damage to existing surfaces (driveways, pavement, landscaping) caused by normal use of the dumpster. Customers should place plywood or protection under the dumpster if concerned about surface damage.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Ocean County, New Jersey.
